Travel to Narvik
Narvik is located as a transport hub in the middle of northern Norway. You can choose to come here by train, plane, car or bus. For international travelers, it is easiest to travel by plane to the major airport Evenes.
The regional airport Harstad / Narvik Airport, Evenes is only 48 minutes drive from Narvik city center. Bardufoss Airport is 90 minutes drive from Narvik, and Kiruna Airport in Sweden is 138 minutes drive from Narvik city center.
Narvik has a rail connection to all of Europe, with several daily departures to and from Stockholm. Train tickets are purchased from SJ, or at the ticket machine at the train station.

Transport in Narvik
The train station, the bus station and all the city hotels is located within 30 minutes walking distance from Narvikfjellet Ski Resort. However, we remind you that the terrain up to the facility is steep, and that transport by car or bus is best suited with ski equipment and winter clothing.
Narvik has a bus system that ties the city together. Frequent departures and information at each bus stop make it easy to take the bus in Narvik. Route information and bus tickets are purchased in the App Billett Nordland, available on App Store and Google Play. You can also buy a ticket on board the bus.
